Question

Due to unforseen circumstances I have been living at home with my parents for the last 20+ years. I have not been able to convince them to allow me to use the shower on shabbos, even though your on this website you have said your father permits it. I was wondering if your father can meet with my father and explain it to him. I really believe that a face to face meeting could solve all this. If not would your father be willing to speak in my shul on shabbos regarding this? Thanks AH

I don't think I can get my father to speak in a Shul that he knows everyone has not showered.... We all have our headaches. You won't be the first one sneaking around to do things that are allowed. Get used to it, or find alternate room and board. AA
