warming food on shabbos

Question

Is it permissable to warm up meatballs with the liquidy tomato sauce on a blech shabbos morning?

Not on a blech directly. Put a grate or piece of silver foil on the blech then put the food on it. The tomato sauce is not considered a liquid. (Obviously, we are talking about a case where the meatballs and sauce were already cooked.) CYA
