Water

Question

But when you use the sink in your apartment it lowers the level of the tank on the roof and this causes the pump to bring more water, so why is it permissible. Obviously I know it's OK since everyone doesit, but I want to know the reason. I assume that not every time someone uses the water it doesn't cause more water to fill up in the tank, which would be one answer (if my assumption is correct)

The same as a refrigerator. Or when you open the door to your house it causes the heat to go on quicker. Grama is allowed. AA
