Water Supply for Swimming Pool

Question

Hi. Our city's water supply is from deep wells (they say they run as deep as 240 feet below ground). Is that source acceptable for a pool filled from the plumbing to be considered a kosher mikveh? Also, is it correct that the filters used to clean the water by the municipal water companies does not pose an issue? Thanks.
