Dear Rabbi, 1) If a ketubah is signed during the daytime but the actual kiddushin won't occur until after sunset, what date should be written on the ketubah? I have heard there is some machloket about this issue. 2) If a Rabbi who is teaching children and adults has been found to be teaching others midrashim in a literal vein, describing Hashem, angels and olam haba in very physical terms, should such a rabbi be prevented from further teaching and/or corrected? People generally let this sort of stuff slide nowadays, but my sense is that it is very important. 3) How many minutes after sunset can minor fasts be concluded? Is there a difference between Sephardim and Ashkenazim on this?

1) Problem & very common. Do it at the Chupah. 2) I don't know what you mean. What does he say? 3) All Jews 45 min (in U.S.) after sunset. If you don't fast well, don't fast on the minor ones. AA
