What are the five grains???

Question

Spelt, maybe? Rye, not sure? How can we be sure that we are doing any of this right if we can't identify the five grains are? What are the five grains???

Wheat and Barley are for sure The other three are types of wheat & barley. Spelt seems to be a type of wheat. Oats are certainly not in the picture. Shortly there will be an entry in our FAQ's about this AA
