whole foods sushi

Question

Here in Miami Whole Foods makes the packaged sushi on the premises. I have been assuming that the rice is Bishul Akum, you can see the guys making the sushi. Is it okay???? Thank you though for the "olive bar". I had never bought them before because I had assumed that the wine vinegar would be a problem. Now they are a nice balanced lunch!!! (Olives are two of the four food groups in my family).
