wigs, fish ... and hat.

Hi, 3 questions ... 1.- What does your father say about sefaradic women wearing wigs? I´ve heard Rab Ovadia doesn´t permit it, do they agree in the subject? 2.- As a sefaradi can I eat fish with milk? What restrictions are about this? 3.- My husband does not wear a hat for kiruv rechokim reasons, should he wear a bigger kipa for davening shema, amida and birkat a mazon? Thanks a lot Iehudit
