Wine and Haircuts

Question

Kavod Harav: 1. If a fruit drink or any beverage for that matter is pasteurized and contains grape juice concentrate, theoretically - is that considered mevushal and hence OK to drink? Why or why not? 2. May a man or woman cut his/her hair during the three weeks if the purpose in mind is to look presentable for Shabbat? Todah Rabah, Yakov

1) All grape juice in the U.S., & probably in the world, is Mevushal (cooked). 2) A woman, yes. A man should wait till after, or should have done it earlier, unless it's bad. Then ask. AA
