women and the Shema

Question

Are Women obligated to say the Shema with all its blessings twice a day? Or just the first part of Shema without the blessings before and after? What is the obligation for women regarding the shema. Thanks, Andrew

There is no obligation for women to say Shema. However, there is an obligation to say Shemona Esrei 3 times a day. CYA
