L'chvod HaRav if a person works in a frum environment where a lot of lashon harah is spoken and there are lots of politics but stays away from it, is it a problem? the person trys not to believe the lashon harah and doesnt get involved in any of the politics. thank you!

Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiYou are doing the best you can in this situation. You are not required to leave the job unless you are being forced to do something assur. Hearing Lashon Hara (against your will), but not believing is muttar (b'dieved) very commendable. Just another one of the problems of working in the 21st century. Hatzlacha CYA
