Question

Must a person be careful not to eat chadash? How about if you can tell from the lists that it is definitely chadash? Is it different for a sephardi?

It is almost impossible today to know the truth. We tried it for years & realized that the info available is inaccurate. It is therefore a Sfek-Sfeka & permitted. If however, you know a specific item was grown this year, then you can't eat it. AA
