Dear Rabbi, If yayin nesech doesn`t really exist today, why are we worried about a non-observant Jew pouring our wine? I can marry his daughter, can`t I? Cheers, Martin.

Answered by Aaron AbadiYes, and that's why his cooking isn't a problem. But wine the Rabbis restricted anyway as a "Knass" fine to that non-observant Jew for not being observant. Good question. And that's the answer. Look it up and you will see... AA
