Yichud

Question

I was wondering what the laws of yichud are in this case: A man, his 7 year old son, 8 year old daughter, 5 year old daughter and his sister-in-law that is over Bat-Mitzvah. What if another over Bat-Mitzvah girl would be there too. Thank you.
