What is your father's position on the Sephardic custom not to perform yichud right after the Sheva Berachot? Is this legitimate? Also, is it correct that Sephardim should always write "miderabbanan" in Ketubot, even for a betulah?

One doesn't have to have the Yichud right after the Chupah. There is no difference in the status of the Ketuba if it says medeoraita or miderabbanan CYA
