Question

1. Is it OK for a male to provide early intervention (special education) services for a baby or young child in a child's home if the only other person at home is a female (i.e. a mother)? 2. Is it OK for a male to provide such services in a pre-school classroom if the male may be present in the classroom while the female teacher sings and/or dances? Thank you.

1) If the child is old enough to repeat what it sees, it's OK. 2) If you can avoid direct watching of the dancing, it's no problem. AA
