Question

someone in my shul came over to me and asked me to learn for him and he will give me money that he sets aside each week for this cause. I wanted to know if there is anything thatt ishould look out for in such a deal, do i get less schar for the learning. does this make it less leshem shamayim. how much does he need to give me.

There isn't such a blanket rule. Sit down with your Rav and describe the circumstances in detail. AA
