Yom Kippur

Question

From what I can recall there were only supposed to be 5 "enuyim"...But with the Ba'alei Tefilah we have today, there seems to be 6 ! Is this a new chumrah? Question: If I fast two days consecutively, do I still have to listen to the Ba'al Tefilah? Or , can I pray at home? LYA PS...Miss you Eli and Adina
