Yom Tov Showers

Question

1. Is one permitted to take a hot shower on Yom Tov? (I know that on Shabbat only a warm one is permitted -- after the temp. on the boiler is turned down) 2. Do you need to turn the hot water temp. down on Yom Tov as well to below 125
