Question

"Is this just an opportunity to present the issue? AA" Yeah, I guess. Could you reccomend a sefer that we could research the topic? Obviously, this is an important issue, considering the amount of attention it got from our gedolim. Is Rav Elchonon's sefer a good way to get daas torah on this topic? Thanks a lot.
