Alcoholic Beverages

Question

I noticed a post asking a question about ordering drinks from a bar. If I recall, the Shulhan Aroukh (YD 114, or 115? or threabouts) states a prohibition of drinking alcoholic beverages at non Jewish establishments, unless the drink is an uncommon one like "apple wine" or "pomeganate wine". That said, what is your fathers opinion as to what constitutes an uncommon drink today? Just some examples: A) hard lemonade B) hard cider C) Exotic drinks like strawberry daiquiri, pina colada, etc. D) If none of these, are there any other drinks nowadays that are permissible? Thanks
