American milk

I continue to be baffled by the halachic discussions surrounding 'chalav yisrael' and 'chalav akum'. According to the USDA, in 2001, US dairy farmers produced 19 BILLION pounds of milk! Yes, BILLION!! That is more than 1 billion gallons a month. If some unscrupulous farmer milked the family pig (sheep and goats do not count, since they are kosher animals), would the pig milk be BATEL, l'chatchila, in the overwhelming amount of cow milk?

My father holds that all milk in America is Chalav Yisrael. This is in line with his Rebbi's opinion, Rabbi Aaron Kotler, and also that of Rabbi Moshe Feinstein. Anyone who studies the Halachah properly would agree. Aaron Abadi
