Another question on Fish

Hi Rabbi, As far as I understand from reading the answers in this forum,I just want to make sure of something before I do something wrong. Can I go, into, lets say, Pathmark, and ask them to fillet a salmon for me or buy one that is already cut? I don't mean to ask repetitive questions, as I know this has been asked, I just want to make sure I did not misunderstand. Thanks. Shabbat Shalom.
