Question

Thank you for the wonderful service you provide. Is kosher meat from the hind quarter of the animal which has had the large veins removed available anywhere in the L.A. area? Or anywhere in the U.S.?

No idea, but call Rabbi Gavriel Cohen in Los Angeles. He should know these things. AA
