shouldnt aseret yeme teshuvah be before rosh hashana , if we get judged on rosh hashna? if not why?

Only the perfect get final judgment on Rosh Hashanah, perfectly bad & perfectly good. The rest of us get a reserved judgment until the end of ten days before finalization. Teshuva should be done daily or weekly; not yearly. AA
