hi, Auntie Anne's is a popular pretzel chain that is fast and growing all over the states. You cannot walk into any major mall and not have the delicous aroma hit you in the face. I contacted their web page and called them. see below http://www.auntieannes.com/products/products.asp?CID=3 (717) 442 4766 I ask for the ingredients, they assured me that all of their ingredeints is 100% kosher certefied except for the cheese ( they have a parmesan Pretzel and cheese sauce that you can buy seperate > they informed me that the reason they dont certify the Pretzels Kosher is that they are Franchised and they basically have no demand for it. If you have ever seen one of their stands you can see that they bake each Pretzel seperate. With your expertise in this feild can you look into this a little further and advise if its okay to enjoy one of their pretzels. thanks so much for your time and energy.
