away for pessah

Question

I will be leaving my apt. on the tuesday morning (13th nissan), coming back for one night during chol hamoed, and then away again until after the holiday ends. what must i (or need not) do regarding: 1. bedikat chametz? 2. burning chametz? 3. bittul chametz? 4. selling chametz? 5. cleaning apt. to be rid of chametz? for all relevant questions above, When do I perform the task? 1) Make a Bedika the night before you leave without a Beracha (blessing) 2) Throw it in the trash outside the house/bldg, the same night or in the day before you leave. 3) Do it wherever you are. 4) Same 5) Same as 1 and 2
