Is this cereal fine for all? ingredients: Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Bran, Flour, Unsulphered Molasses, Oat Flour, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Oil ( Canola and/or Sunflower) Salt, Baking Soda, Natural Vitemin E ,Vitemin C
