Birth on Yom Tov

Question

My wife might go into labor this weekend or next. I have a two year old baby. What am I supposed to do if she goes into labor on Shabbat? I go with her to the hospital and have my neighbor watch the baby, but then I have to come home to get my baby. Do I just drive, or do I take a cab? Am I then allowed to take a cab back to the hospital to be with my wife on Yom Tov?
