Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiAssur - because the reason of Bishul Akum is to avoid marriage to a goy. The sources are Gemarah, Rishonim, Tur, Shulchan Aruch, Achronim and all the Mepharshim. CYA ========== In that case, HERE it cannot apply, or does it, since the old lady is married, her children are all married, one is an Orthodox Jew, she does not have goyim eating at her table, her kitchen, utensils and food are casher. So, any other reasons since the "not to marry goyim" does not apply?... Which?...
