Changing kitchen from dairy to meat

Question

If I'm cooking dairy all the time but wish to prepare a meat meal, what needs to be cleaned/changed in the kitchen? Obviously, I'm changing to my meat pots/pans/utensils, but what about the other issues - oven, counters, etc. How do they get turned over or cleaned? Do the counters need to be wiped down? I can put a rubber mat and special rack in the sink, since it's usually used for dairy. Do I have to do anything special in there to clean it? Any help is appreciated.
