Question

When you say you can heat liquid by putting it on top of a pot on the blech, what do you mean by on top? What about inside the empty pot?

Liquid cannot be heated at all. If I said that, please point out where, so that I can correct it. A cooked solid can be put on top of a pot cooking on the Blech, to warm it. AA
