1. Be-DiavadIf something parve is cooked in a non-ben yome dairy pot, can you eat this item with meat? 2. Can you le-khathilah cook something parve in a non-ben yomo dairy pot in order to eat it with meat? 3. Is Kitniyot Batel be-Rov even if the taste is still significant?

1) Yes 2) Yes 3) The essence of Batel Berov is that the taste is still significant. Otherwise the Shiur would be Batel Beshishim. That is the "Aleph Bet" of the laws of "Ta'aruvot." AA
