Blood Pressure medication on 17 Tammuz

Question

I must take my blood pressure medicine every morning. The pill is very chalky and I must swallow a gulp of water to get the medicine down. Would I still be fasting if I swallow some water to get my medicine down or would I be considered having broken my fast. How does my situation apply for 9 Av. Thank you in advance.
