Question

Why is Scrabble not permitted to be played by adults? Why would a temp. tatoo that is injected in the skin be permissable because of beauty? Why not because it is temporary? A permanent tatoo is forbidden not because of beauty. What is the shortest sleeve length that a nice jewish girl can wear? Thanks Tammi

1) Bitul Torah & anything with reading requirements is not permitted, just like it isn't permitted to read an inscription under a painting. shulchan Aruch #307 #15 2) Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah #180 Se'if #3 & Shach S"K #6.
