Ski pants on Women

Question

My friend Zvi Yitzman asked you earlier if skiing was permitted on Shabbat, to which you answered NO. My question is this: When my wife Elva and I go skiing she wears a ski suit to keep warm and dry. Is it permitted to wear a ski suit during skiing activities for this purpose to keep warm and dry? Or must she wear a skirt and freeze?
