Shatnez and Gebruchts

Question

Rabbi, Two questions about answers you gave to questions about the above: Shatnez question about wearing a Wool sweater over a linen shirt - what makes this shatnez? They are not woven together or attached in any way, they are two seperate garments. Gebruchts question you mentioned something about thick Matzah being subject to Gebruchts, but my understanding (which may be erronious) is that there is no Affiah acher Affiah (the second cooking would not be considered cooking since it is already cooked), so there can never be an problem such as Gebruchts. ??? Shaatnez...... look at Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah #300 Seif #4 in the Rama.... Gebruchts... It is based on the possibility that there might be a pocket of flour that was not heated enough & thus can still become Chametz. The term "Affiah acher Affiah" does not apply here, but flour that is baked cannot become Chametz. So in a thin Matzoh, if there is flour that did not mix with water properly, that flour gets baked real well & can never become Chametz. AA
