Carrying in Hotels

Question

Shouldn't carrying in hotels that the rooms and halls are still under the hotel's control be permited? They can change your room whenever they want. In fact, hotels are actually allowed to change your room to a different/nearby hotel as long as it is within a certain distance, albeit the latter is quite rare. Obviously, carrying in a condominium wouldn't be permitted without a proper eruvei chatzerot, as you are the sole owner of your apartment. What does your father hold in regards to hotels that can switch your rooms as they please?
