Cereal and Kitniyot

Question

1) I can't seem to find any cereals on the Pesach list. Where are they listed? 2) I noticed that you listed peanuts and soybeans as kitniyot, but you have mentioned in the past that corn is permitted for Ashkenazim because corn was first discovered in the "New World". Since neither peanuts (as per R' Moshe's teshuva), soybeans or corn were found in Europe when this minhag was instituted, why are some of the items included and others not?

1) Under Cereals 2) We ncluded some items that we didn't have a chance to look at in regards to Kitniyot, as "for Sephardim only." This is not to say that Ashkenazim cannot eat it. We just didn't have the time to double-check. Feel free to check on your own. If the ingredients that are Kitniyot are less than 50%, it's OK. AA
