Help me understand. Does Chalav yisroel pertain to all dairy products? If I am invited to a home that I know keep only CY, and I want to send a food gift, do I have to ensure that all dairy products, ie chocolates, cheese, cakes are in fact CY or is it enough that they bear a proper Heksher? Or are they one in the same? Thank you.

You need to talk to the Machmir himself and see how far he takes it. AA
