Question

If one goes to a kosher winery and goes down where the casks are, is a non-Jew allowed to turn the spigot on a cask if employed by Jews in the winery so people who are there as tourists or prospective wine buyers can taste the wine, or does the turning of the spigot on the cask actually have to be done by a Jew?
