Question
I live in an apartment on the sixth floor of an apartment building. I am assuming this is higher than 20 amot above the ground. What is the proper procedure for lighting Chanukah candles? I know some people hold it is permitted to light in the apartment because today the pirsum haneis is only for the family anyway. However, many frum people light candles in the lobbies of their buildings to be machmir? What is the best thing to do?
