cheese and bugs

Question

If the kashrut orginizations are putting Hechsherim on cheese that is not good and vegetables that are buggy, how do we know which ones are good? Please include list of brands. Thank you.

Star-K claims to have a Mashgiach (supervising Rabbi) at it's soft cheese plants. OU says that they do not. Bugs are a problem. We'll try to get a list. AA
