You responded "5) No Kashrut problem" What about the issue of Shechar Akum, Avodah Zarah 31b Yad Hazaka maachalot asurot chapter 17 halacha 9-11 Yoreh Deah 114 Are you being somech on the opinions that it is just date liquor (the rama quoting the mordechai in the name of the raaviah) If so should Sfardim take the kula of the Rama or should we keep the stringency of the Mechaber?
