Cheese clarification and a couple questions

On your response to the "3 Veggie Items" Q&A, you mentioned to Mike that all 3 items are fine except that the mushrooms may be a problem unless they're ground. In regards to the item "Gardenburger Fire Roasted Vegetable Patty", which Mike said has both mozarella cheese and cottage cheese, doesn't your father say that all cheese must have reliable hashgacha and be watched by an observant Jew even if it's proven there's absolutely no treif in the cheese? (unless the cheese in something is less than 1/60th) I didn't think any of Gardenburger's stuff had hashgacha, so how could the Gardenburger product with cheese be OK? And even if that Gardenburger product with cheese has hashgacha, isn't that only good on the hard cheese since most hashgachos ignore gevinas yisroel on soft cheeses? I just wanted to double check on this since in the past you and your father have not OK'd cheese unless it says gevinas yisroel (or cholov yisroel) and it is has a reliable hechsher on it. (or if it's hard cheese, it has an OU, OK, etc.. on it) Now for my latest round of shailos: 1. Here's an example concerning that question I have on whether I should say hagefen or shehakol on a beverage with grape juice AND other juices Juicy Juice orange tangerine (contians 100% juice): Grape Juice, Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Tangerine Juice (water, juice concentrates), Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Gum Acacia, Beta Carotene for color, and Asorbic Acid. So then would the grape juice in this drink be more than 1/6th of the mixture? 2. On motzei Shabbos, is it required for a man to say all the verses beginning with Vayisen lecho and going through Tehillim 128? 3. Do you know if any additions will be added to the Jewish Law/Halacha section concerning things such as the 3 weeks/9 days, basics of Shabbos/Yom Tovim, etc... anytime soon?
