Question

I inquired about gevinat yisroel to the OU and this was my response. Please clarify what cheese products have renit and what do not and do you hold diffeently from this? The OU follows the ruling of R' Moshe Feinstein (Igoreth MosheYorah Deiah II, Simon 48) who differentiates between Rennet Set Cheeses - where G'vinat Yisroel would be required and Acid Set Cheese where it would not be required.
