Question

Hello Rabbi, I am in a chemistry class in which we will seperate the protien from the fat in meat (non-kosher) we will do this not by cooking it, but by putting acetone (nail polish remover) into the ground beef thereby making it inedible. There will be heat involved but again it is not edible. Is it ok for me to do this experiment? thanks, and thank you for running this website, it is a very important resource.
