Christmas Presents

Question

Rabbi My secretary is not Jewish. Every year I buy her a beautiful gift for Christmas. This year was no different. Then I got thinking. Am I permitted to do this? She is very appreciative and the gift motivates her to do good work well into the new year. Please advise.
