Clean Oven

Question

Dear Rabbi, When you said that the oven has to be clean in pizza hut or dominoes, do you mean they can't be cooking pepperoni pizza at the same time? Does it have to be spotless when they put my pizza in there? Also, can I assume that the ingredients are fine or would I actually have to check? Thanks!

Pepperoni being cooked right next to it is certainly an issue, but the area where you're cooking should be relatively clean You need to find out. AA
