Cleanliness and kosher

Question

If you prepare kosher food and somebody sticks unwashed fingers into the food obviously that's unsanitary but does that render the food un-kosher given you don't know what might be on their fingers? Does it matter if the food is hot or cold? Thank you.

Hmmm... That guy who put his fingers in the food is what we used to refer to as a pig. So you had a pig in your food. Hmmm.... I dunno. Doesn't sound very appetizing. Lol AA
